What we collect

Cart Intercept AI processes shop domain, cart line titles/quantities, checkout session tokens (for verification), and order totals when a RESCUE- discount is used. We do not store customer emails, names, or payment details.

How we use data

Data is used to generate cart-abandonment tips, create single-use discount codes, enforce plan usage limits, and attribute recovered revenue for the merchant dashboard.

Third parties

Tip text may be generated using OpenAI when an API key is configured. Cart contents (titles/quantities only) are sent for that purpose.

Retention & deletion

When a shop uninstalls and Shopify sends shop/redact, we delete merchant records, tips, interaction logs, rules, and sessions for that shop.
